Ingredients

  • KARPEA pitted Kalamon Olives classic or organic
  • Watermelon cubes without seeds
  • Cubes of feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of KARPEA extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil or mint, salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 16 wooden sticks

Execution Method

  1. In a small bowl, lightly beat the basil or mint with the olive oil.
  2. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. We hold the wooden sticks one by one and alternately pass a cube of watermelon, feta, olive.
  4. Place them on a pretty plate and sprinkle with the basil/olive oil mixture.
