Watermelon pizza with feta and olives

Ingredients

  • KARPEA Kalamon olives halves or sliced
  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 250 gr Feta cheese
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 small bunch of mint
  • black pepper

Execution Method

  1. Cut the watermelon into slices (pizza shape).
  2. Clean the onion and cut it into very thin crescents.
  3. Squeeze 1 of the 2 limes on top (to draw out its intense flavor).
  4. Cut the feta into small cubes.
  5. Keep only the parsley leaves and chop the mint, decorate them on top.
  6. Sprinkle with some freshly ground black pepper and serve.
