Karpea 0.3 Low Acidity
Karpea Extra Virgin Olive Oil of very low acidity (0.3%). The special feature of this EVOO, which has been awarded for its taste, is that it is produced on the very same day of olive collection.
The olives are gathered carefully by hand, at the appropriate stage of maturation. It comes from selected areas with the appropriate altitude and the climatic conditions required, depending on the year. In this way, we achieve very low acidity, mild fruity aromas and balanced flavor.
Ideal for salads and marinades.
